If your property is unregistered, we will need all of your title deeds to enable us to establish the full legal title to your property and prepare for first registration at HM Land Registry.
Sometimes clients do not wish to provide us with all of the documents as they either hold sentimental value or they quite simply do not feel that we need all of the title deeds. Unfortunately, we do require every document within the title deeds pack so that we can deal with your instructions correctly. Delays in providing documentation will result in delays to your equity release application.
