Whilst we know this can be annoying and you do not want to provide personal information relating to your finances, we are governed by very strict regulations which provide that we must make full enquiries as to where funds are coming from. Unless we have carried out these checks and have satisfied ourselves that we understand where all of the funds have come from with a sufficient paper trail, then we are unable to accept any funds into our client account.
In the event that you are accepting funds from a third party then we will also require documentation from that third party to prove where the funds are from.
