On Thursday 19th January we were extremely proud to pick up the award for Best Conveyancer at the 2023 Equity Release Awards, having been up against very strong competition in our field.
This is a massive achievement for our firm and one which is testament to our fantastic team both in our office and out on the road, meeting our clients and being the face of Adlington Law. We believe we have embraced the best of technology and combined it with our friendly and professional team, providing a fast and efficient service for clients and brokers.
Not a firm to sit on our laurels, we are looking forward to 2023 where we can advance on our existing technology and improve on the service we already bring to our clients. Service and the human touch is essential to everything we do and it is our intention to build on this further to provide the best service we can.

The Right Mortgage Network – Top Solicitor Award 2022
In December 2022 we were privileged enough to win The Right Mortgage Network ‘Top Solicitor Award’ 2022 up against many worthy candidates across the conveyancing sector.
Thank you to everybody who voted for us and we feel extremely grateful to even be considered for awards let alone win overall. It was a fantastic evening spent with many well deserved winners and likeminded people.

In May 2023, we have been shortlisted as a finalist for the upcoming BIBAs awards under ‘Professional Services Business of the Year’.
We are incredibly proud to be considered for such a prestigious award within Lancashire.
The BIBAs are an awards programme for celebrating businesses across Lancashire to highlight their journeys, company culture and strong business minds. So, to be shortlisted as a finalist is a massive achievement to us as it demonstrates that our company culture of respect and being a family run business is being represented effectively in our service.
Enterprise Vision Awards – Carol (Family Business of the Year)
The EVAs is a fantastic awards that celebrates the brilliance of women in business across the United Kingdom. Our Director Carol Nuttall was recognised and shortlisted as a finalist under ‘Family Business of the Year’ at the awards in September 2023.
It was a brilliant night in which Carol was extremely honoured to be a part of and under a category in which symbolises all that has tried to ensure Adlington Law is perceived as – A Family Run Business!
Mortgage Introducer Awards – Conveyancing/Legal Business of the Year 2022
In November 2022 we was nominated at the Mortgage Introducer Awards 2022 up for ‘Conveyancing / Legal Business of the Year’.
It was a great evening with comedian Mark Watson as host which was a fantastic way to kick of the 2022 awards season. We were delighted to be in contention for the award and enjoyed spending an evening with some top tier companies and businesses.
